1. Overview
At Affililead Inc., customer satisfaction is important to us. However, as a provider of intangible digital services, customized marketing solutions, and strategic consulting, we operate under a specific Return & Refund Policy tailored to the nature of our work.
Please review the terms below carefully. By purchasing services from Affililead, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. No Returns on Services
Due to the custom, non-reversible nature of our digital marketing, lead generation, affiliate setup, development, and SEO services, we do not offer returns or accept returns for any services rendered, whether fully or partially delivered.
Each engagement involves significant planning, resource allocation, and execution that cannot be reversed once initiated.
3. Refund Eligibility
While we do not guarantee specific outcomes, we stand behind the quality and integrity of our work. Refunds may be issued under specific conditions, at Affililead’s sole discretion:
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
A duplicate payment was made in error
A service was billed but not delivered or initiated
A service was paid for but canceled by Affililead prior to the start date
A client cancels before the onboarding phase begins (must be within 3 business days of payment and no work has been started)
Refunds will not be granted for:
Change of mind or strategy after services begin
Failure to provide required input or assets that delay project timelines
Performance-based campaigns where qualified leads were delivered
Partial completion or dissatisfaction without material breach
Any request for a refund must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 7 calendar days of the billing date.
4. Subscription Plans
If you’re on a monthly retainer or subscription plan, you may cancel future billing cycles by providing at least 15 days’ notice prior to your next renewal. No retroactive refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle once services have started.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue constitutes a breach of this policy. We take chargebacks seriously and reserve the right to pursue recovery for services delivered, including legal costs and collection fees.
6. Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved:
It will be issued to the original payment method
Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution
An administrative fee may apply for cancellations requiring manual reconciliation
